If City-Living is demonstrably independent of negligence, liablity claims against City-Living, which refer to damages of material or ideational kind, caused by the use or non-use of the presented information and respectively by use of erroneous and incomplete information are excluded.
All offers are without engagement and without obligation. City-Living explicitly reserves the right to change, amend and delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without special announcement and to discontinue the publication temporarily or ultimately.

Except in case of deliberate act or gross negligence through its legal agents, executive employees or deliberate behaviour of other assistants, City-Living will not accept claims in regards to the replacement of indirect damage, especially loss of profit.
Except in case of deliberate act or gross negligence through its legal agents, executive employees liability is limited to the typically predictable damage at the time of contract conclusion.
City-Living will only be liable opponent to consumers in case of deliberate act and gross negligence. In case of violation of constitutive contractual obligations, debtor-delay or deputized impossibility of the service provision by City-Living, City-Living will be liable for every culpably of its employees and other assistants.
Except in case of deliberate act or gross negligence through its legal agents, executive empoyees and other assistants liability is limited to the typically predictable damage at the time of contract conclusion.
The above named exclusion of liability and limitations opponent contractors and consumers does not apply if City-Living has expressly accepted warranty and for damages caused to life, the body or health as well as in case of obligatory legal regulations.
